Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to any room types which will apply to your bookings and is a form of a legal agreement between DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK and you. We kindly ask you to take a moment to read them prior to making a booking at DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK. By making a booking with DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK, it is confirmed that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK.
Check-In/Out Policy

You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and book a room.
- Pets are not allowed.

A valid government issued identification or passport is required during check-in.
- Check-In time : 14.00 hours
- Check-Out time : 11.00 hours
- Late check-out / day use : will be based on room availability
- Check-out time until 18.00 hours : 50% charge.
- Check-out time LATER THAN 18.00 hours : 100% charge
- Late Check-out will be based on availability and confirmed by advance deposit or other arrangements that are approved by the resort.
Inclusion
- Welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival
- Daily breakfast based on normal room occupancy
Reservation / Booking Terms

All rates at DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Rates are based on the period of stay.
- Rates apply for normal occupancy.
- Rates are net – inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge and non-commission.
- Payment must be settled based on the payment policy.
- The resort reserves the right at any time by giving notice on writing to cancel the booking should the guest fail to fulfill the above terms and conditions.
- FOURCE MAJEURE: the resort shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occurred by through or in consequence of natural disaster, war, strikes, riots, epidemic of a disease, government regulations, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of resort.

Swimming is prohibited when it is raining or the wind is very strong.
- Since it is close to nature you have to agree to the change of weather suddenly.
- The input of the required bank information and the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by electronic means constitute an electronic contract between the parties which is proof between the parties of the reservation of the service and the payment of the sums due upon the execution of said reservation.

Disputes: Action or Other Matters arising. It is agreed and declared that the proper law of the Agreement is the Law of Indonesia and that any disputes, action or other matters arising there under shall be determined in a court of Law in the Indonesia.

Any extension of stay will be charged based on the current room rate or resort offer packages offered by DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children are considered 2 – 12 years old
- Children sharing with parent using existing bed are on complimentary bedding basic room only (based on room’s occupancy policy)
- Breakfast for children 5 years old and below are free

Children between 6 – 12 years breakfast charged 50% from adult’s rate
- Children get 50% off adult’s meal prices (half portion) with exception of children menu

Extra bed rate reminds the same as extra bed’s rate for adult

Infant are considered 0 – 1.99 years of age

1 baby cot per room is provided free of charge, based on availability
- Maximum number of extra bed or baby cot in a room is 1 (one), based on availability

DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK is not liable for any injury or incidents your child might suffer or experience related to your stay at DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK.

DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK is not accountable for anything that might happen to your child, it is entirely your responsibility with or without your supervision.
- Children and infant should be supervised at all time by parents or guardians.

DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK can provide a baby sitter service at additional charge based on availability. Please contact our Front Desk agent for assistance.

RESCHEDULE/AMEND BOOKING POLICY

Rescheduling or amending the date of stay will be based on the cancellation period.

Rescheduling or amending the date of stay is not free of charge if the reschedule or amend date meet the cancellation period above.
- Applicable cancellation policy and no-show charge will be shown on your booking confirmation.
- Additional cost may arise if the amend date have different rate amount.
REFUND POLICY
- The refund policy will be based on the Cancellation policy. Please read carefully the “NOTICE BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL” for your kind reference.
- Eligible refund bookings will be processed based on the payment method upon booking confirmation. The refund should take approximately a minimum of 14 working days and/or depending upon bank policies.
- Any bank fee that may arise during the refund process will be the guest’s responsibility.

The refund bank fee is the booker's responsibility, bank fee will be deducted from the refund total amount.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Prepayment is required for any payment method: Credit Card/online payment gateway, link payment (sent by resort) or bank transfer.
- Please contact our Reservation if you cannot settle the payment by Credit Card/online payment gateway. Our reservation will send you the link of payment to settle the payment by Card or bank account detail for bank transfer.
- To confirm the booking, 1 night deposit is required for any payment. Except for NON-REFUNDABLE rate plan full payment/100% night deposit is required for any payment.
Resort will remind you to settle the outstanding balance (whole amount) in the free cancellation period in each season.
- The outstanding balance (whole amount) must be settled before arrival. If the guest fails to settle the outstanding balance (whole amount) based on the Cut of Date (COD) that is given by the Resort, then the Resort has the right to cancel the booking based on the cancellation policy.
- Total amount received by the Resort’s bank account must be equal to the invoice amount (bank transfer fee is the sender’s responsibility).
If the amount received by the Resort’s bank account is less than the invoice amount, the guest must send the outstanding balance before arrival or agree to charge the outstanding balance upon arrival, otherwise the Resort has the right to cancel the booking.
PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY
For the purpose of Privacy Policy, ‘Personal Data’ means any information provided by you when interacting with us. Your data is collected through the use of our website or through contacting us, which identify you personally directly or indirectly, as the data references an identifier as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier (e.g., telephone number) as an individual person. We may also collect personal data about you in other instances which relate to your stay at DEJAMA GLAMPING RESORT LOMBOK.
